Product License Statement:
This is a license agreement ("Agreement") between the Tone Craft Studio ("Licensor") and the individual or entity that has purchased and downloaded the product ("Licensee"). By downloading and using the product, Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Ownership: Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, relating to the product remain the sole property of Licensor. Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or title to the product.
Restrictions: Licensee shall not modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or create derivative works based on the product. Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product or any part thereof.
No Warranty: The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
Termination: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in their possession.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Oregon, United States of America.
By downloading the product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download or use the product.
