Physical Products:


Shipping

Products are typically shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or GlobalPost for international deliveries, unless otherwise specified or requested by the buyer.

We offer worldwide shipping to virtually any address, that includes Canada, U.K., Australia, European Union, etc. However, if you are not in the U.S., please contact us before placing an order so we can provide a shipping quote. Also please be aware that certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally. If an item you ordered falls under these restrictions, we will provide a refund for that product.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to return the items from your order. 

If the item arrives in a condition different from what was described and you report it to the seller within 7 days of delivery, you are eligible for a return. Please retain all packaging in case the seller or carrier requests it.

In the rare event that a refund is requested, the buyer must provide photos of the original packaging and a video link documenting any damages or malfunctions.

General Terms

Items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition with all packaging intact and no signs of use. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Return Window

New items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

The buyer will be issued a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, unless the item was received in a condition other than described.

Special Conditions

Tone Craft Studio is not responsible for any attempted repairs or modifications to the device or its software. Any repair attempted by the buyer without the seller's consent voids the return policy. Disassembling the item also voids the return. If there is an issue with the device, the buyer must contact us before making any repairs or diagnostics; failure to do so will void the return.

Digital Products:

What happens after you pay?

A download link will be sent automatically to your email address, from which you can download the ZIP file containing all preset files, same as in the product description page. Extract the downloaded file to your computer, select the desired preset file (or files) and drag-and-drop it (them) directly to your IK Multimedia ToneX application and you're all set.

Please make sure your email address is correct when you're filling up the order form. If you have any technical issues, don't hesitate to contact us through this CONTACT FORM on our website. Response times vary but usually it's within hours.

Refund and Return Policy:

At Tone Craft Studio, we take great pride in providing high-quality digital products to our customers. As our products are digitally downloadable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once the purchase is made and the download link is provided, it is considered a final sale.

Why No Returns?

Digital products cannot be returned, ensuring that our customers receive brand-new, untouched, and secure files every time. This policy also helps us maintain the integrity of our products and provide exceptional service to all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective digital file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you promptly and provide a resolution.
